[Istanbul, October 14, 2024] – ELECTRA IC was honored with an important award at the Subcontractor and Supplier Management Workshop for the Defense and Aerospace Sector, coordinated by the Secretariat of Defence Industries (SSB). The workshop took place in Bursa from October 11-13, where ELECTRA IC was awarded the “Company with the Highest Score in the Design-Software Field” by Secretary of Turkish Defence Industries Prof. Dr. Haluk Görgün.
ELECTRA IC earned this award thanks to its high scores within the Industrial Competency Assessment and Support Program (EYDEP). This program, led by the SSB, evaluates companies operating in the defense industry to enhance their competencies. Firms with EYDEP certification have the opportunity to become approved suppliers to leading companies in the defense industry, thereby increasing their competitiveness in the sector.
