Our General Manager Ates Berna delivered an inspiring presentation titled “EIC Academy: Bridging the Gap Between the University and the Industry.”
During his talk, he introduced EIC Academy – the Engineer Incubation Center, a unique program developed by ElectraIC to help newly graduated engineers’ transition smoothly from academia to industry.
For the past ten years, EIC Academy has played a vital role in training, mentoring, and empowering young engineers through its professional eight-week program, focusing on Digital Design and Advanced Verification Techniques. The program combines technical training in VHDL, SystemVerilog, and UVM, hands-on project experience, and personalized feedback from expert engineers; preparing participants to start their professional careers with confidence.
At ElectraIC, we strongly believe in teamwork; it’s embedded in our DNA. For the past ten years, EIC Academy has played an exceptional role in developing a strong and talented engineering team, and it will continue to serve that purpose with the same passion and dedication.
