ElectraIC continues to be the industry's leading company with special practices prepared for its employees. The company provides newly graduated engineers the opportunity to participate in the EIC Academy program it has developed. Under the EIC Academy, young engineers participating in the 8-week intensive Engineering Training Program provided by experts can thus start their careers more equipped.
The young engineers team, consisting of at least three and a maximum of six, participates in an eight-week intensive program when they start working at ElectraIC.
The program includes trainings consisting of different topics in the field of electronics engineering, actual project implementations and the preparation of a presentation using the knowledge acquired during the trainings.
In the fourth and eighth weeks of the program, each participant receives a detailed feedback prepared by the company’s experienced engineers.
EIC Academy trainings are delivered by certified instructors. Project implementations are conducted by the supervision of expert engineers. Given tasks and related assessments are evaluated by at least three expert engineers.
In order to complete the EIC Academy Program and join the ElectraIC family, candidates must successfully pass their assessments in the fourth and eighth weeks.
Enriched with the trainings of Doulos, which also provides trainings to globally large companies such as ARM, Raytheon, MBDA and ST; this very special program is organized according to ElectraIC's personnel requirements.
